• Leading-edge paper feeding system: Utilizes a light-pressure leading-edge paper feeding mechanism, adomestically advanced technology. It preserves the originalstrength of the cardboard, preventing flute collapse andthinning. This facilitates smooth feeding of the cardboardafter creasing, resulting in a stable system, feeding preciseand fast, suitable for all types of corrugated cardboard(optional: mechanical or servo driven).
• The suction airfiow is variable -frequency controlled, with air pressure adjustable according to cardboard sitze,enhancing transmission stablity andaccuracy for thin and warped cardboard.
• Dual-roller structure: One set of paper feed rollers utlizes a pneumatic, elastic paper feed roler, ensuring excelent strength. A cleaning brush removessurtace debris, while a high-pressure fan removes impurities from the cardboard surtace, enhancing print quality.
• Left and right baftes (controlled by a computer touch screen) feature electrcaly adustable rear baftle postion and manualy synchronzed front bafflegap adjustment. The side baffles are equipped with a pneumatic alignment device for more accurate lateral cardboard positioning.
• 10.4 -inch color touchscreen controls the paper fed, printing, slolting, and de-cuting sections, wth one -tme reset, order storage, memory postioningInfrared photoelectric counters allow for preset order quantities.
• The main machine utilizes variable frequency control for smooth startup and operation, saving 30% energy.
• Vacuum transfer and roller transfer for option.Vacuum transfer preserves the cardboardthickness better.
• The printing roller and drive shaft are made of high-quality steel, computer-controlled dy-namic balancing to eliminate centrifugal forces, ground, and hard-chrome plated.
• The printing roller features a plate-hanging mechanism, a ratchet-mounted plate reel, a full-plate hanging slot, and a foot-operated forward/reverse control for quick and easy plateloading and unloading.
• Ink distribute system:anilox roller with rubber roller and anilox roller with doctor blade cham-ber for option.
• The fully enclosed doctor blade chamber system is dust-resistant, provides fast ink return,and delivers superior scraping performance.

• The gap between the ink-fixing, printing roller, and paper guide roller is adjusted using atwo-stage turbine box. The dial displays the value (0-10mm), making adjustment easy andself-locking. (Optional: PLC-controlled gap adjustment.)
• The plate reset function memorizes the printing position and automatically resets the plate after erasing.
• The anilox roler utlizes a pneumatic iftmechanismin conjunction with the paper feed system. During paper feed, the rollers lower sequentially to pre-vent the printing plate from being dipped mutiple times. When paper feed stops, the rollers are lifted sequentially, using a computer-set timer.
• Each color unit is equipped with a seven-inch color touchscreen, accurately adjusted via an encoder and frequency converter
• An ink-out alarm monitors the ink supply system s operating status in real time.
• Dual-system operation with a human-machine interface and electric push-buttonadjustment allows for adjustment of slotting box height, phase, and axial move-ment.
• A self-locking preload quick-adjust mechanism ensures long-term precision be-tween the slotting holder and shaft, minimizing damage to the cardboard duringcrimping.
• The creasing wheels, coated with high-quality polyurethane, ensure the card-board s rigidity.
• Synchronous motorized axial movement allows for synchronized adjustment ofthe upper and lower creasing rollers, upper and lower slotting holders, and guiderollers. A self-lubricating, wear-resistant guide mechanism ensures accurate posi-tioning and enhances durability.
• The creasing and slotting shafts are made of high-quality alloy steel, sur-face-ground, and hard-chrome-plated. They are calibrated on coarse and finedynamic balancing machines to ensure optimal balance.
• High-quality alloy steel slotting cutters are used, with a serrated blade width of7mm.
• Anvil cover roller: Centrifugally cast steel cylinder, com-puterized dynamic balancing, surface ground, and hardchrome plated.
• Die-cutting roller: Centrifugally cast steel cylinder, com-puterized dynamic balancing, surface ground, and hardchrome plated. (Optional: Plateless die-cutting slottingsteel cutter for conventional carton slotting and cornercutting with synchronized carton height adjustment.)
• Die-cutting roller phase and axial adjustment: Phaseadjustment utilizes a planetary gear mechanism, PLCtouchscreen control, and electric digital 360° adjustment.Axial lateral adjustment utilizes a PLC touchscreen andelectric digital adjustment, with an adjustment range of+15mm.
• Rubber roller cutting and repair mechanism allows formultiple use of the rubber pad, significantly reducing op-erating costs.
• Differential speed compensation device for option,auto-matically adjusts anvil cover roller speed to ensure thatthe die-cut carton is perfectly aligned with the die shape.
• Mechanical +40mm lateral movement of the rubber padroller extends the service life of the die-cutting pad.
• This unit is independently servo-driven for option, elimi-nating cumulative errors and ensuring consistency withpaper feeding and printing within the die-cutting speedrange.

Function and characteristic
  • All the electrical components and computer software of the machine are internationallyrenowned brand to ensure stable and reliable quality. It utilizes a human-machine interface, multiple touch screen controls with computerized order management for easyoperation and fast order changes (up to 999 orders can be pre-stored).
  • All the wall boards and key components undergo aged treatment and tempered toeliminate internal stresses. They are manufactured by high-precision machining centers and CNC grinders.
  • All the shafts and rollers are made of high-quality steel, precise ground surface platedwith rigid chrome, and accurately balanced with high-precision computer dynamic balancing.
  • The transmission gears are all made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, carburized and quenchedto be the hardness of HRC58-62. They are ground to Grade 6 precision,ensuring register and long-term running life.
  • The machine's transmission components (shaft and gear connections) utilize keylessconnections (expansion sleeves) to eliminate backlash and accommodate high-torque,long-term and high-speed running.
  • All the transmission bearings and key transmission components utilize reinforced self-aligning bearings for easy maintenance and extended service life.
  • The entire machine's lubrication system utilizes automatic spray lubrication and isequipped with an automatic balancing device to maintain consistent oil levels in all units.
  • The machine features preset adjustment for automatic zeroing during paper feeding,printing, slotting, and die-cutting, and automatic reset memory for the separating andcombining units.
  • All the rollers gap adjusted by PLC control, making operation easily and quickly.
  • The main motor driven by inverter control for smoother startup and operation, and savemore energy. An ink-low alarm monitors the ink supply system's operating status inreal time.
